Azerbaijani public union 'Dushunje - Support for Development of Youth' says that November 1 - the day when Azerbaijan's parliamentary election is to be held - will be one of the most important days in the country's social and political life.
"Thus, Azerbaijan will prove to the entire world that it has taken another step towards the development of democracy," said 'Dushunje' in a statement published by the 'Secki-2015.az' website.
The public union further said that all the conditions have been created in Azerbaijan in line with the Electoral Code to hold a free and democratic election.
"Development of each state depends on democratic elections. Azerbaijani state and civil society are interested in holding a free and democratic election. Therefore, every citizen must be active and exercise their right to vote," said 'Dushunje'.
It was also noted in the statement that there have been 15 elections in Azerbaijan during the period of the country's independence.
"Thus, Azerbaijan has extensive experience in holding elections, and all the work in this area is carried out in accordance with international standards," said 'Dushunje'.
