Presidential administration: Azerbaijan will inform int'l organizations about brutal murder of 13-year old girl by Armenians
Azerbaijan, Baku, July 15 / Trend K.Zarbaliyeva /
Azerbaijan will inform the international organizations about the brutal murder of 13-year-old girl in the Tovuz region of Azerbaijan by Armenians, Head of the Azerbaijani Presidential Administration's Social and Political Department Ali Hasanov told Trend.
"All international organizations and parties to the peace process will be informed about this incident. We will denounce statements of Armenia, which presents its own armed forces as 'angels'," Hasanov said.
A terrible accident took place in the Alibayli village of Azerbaijan's Tovuz district bordering with Armenia. The blast of an explosive device killed 13-year old girl Aygun Shahmaliyeva and heavily wounded her mother 32-year old Elnara Shahmaliyeva, in the hip.
The toy like a dog, with an explosive device, was dropped by the Armenian side into the Tovuz River flowing through the Alibeyli village.
Elsevar Jafarov and Aygun Shahmaliyeva, who were playing near the river, brought the toy to the house of Hasan Jafarov. When Aygun Shahmaliyeva played at home and put the toy on the table, the device worked and blast occurred.
This event has once again revealed the true face of the Armenians, and once again showed what a fanatic methods they use, he said.
"War has its rules. But, setting explosives into a child's toy and drop it to the river that flows through the village is nothing else than an example of savagery and brutality," Hasanov said.
Hasanov emphasized that the Armenians have been repeating such actions in recent times. He cited the murder of a 9-year boy by an Armenian sniper in March 2011 and as the death of two children and injury of the third in 1994 when the toy sailed from Armenia exploded
"It all these shows how Armenia prevents peace, truce and quiet living of people in the South Caucasus," he said.
