According to Hassanov, the issues of defense of the rights of this category of people have been discussed separately with the Supreme Court Chairman, Ramiz Rzayev. Violations of rights refer to eviction of refugees and IDPs from the apartments and houses, where they were accommodated in 1992-1998. A number of city and district courts take decisions on eviction them from apartments, which actually owned by private persons. Rzayev gave relevant instructions to court heads, Hassanov said.
