The information that there are Azerbaijani citizens injured and died as a result of explosion in Perm has not been confirmed, the embassy of Azerbaijan in Russia said.
"We talked with representatives of Azerbaijani Diaspora in Perm. There is no such information about Azerbaijan citizens injured or died," the press service of the embassy told Trend .
The accident took place at a party in a Perm nightclub-cafe 'Lame horse' at 01:00 p.m., celebrating seven year-anniversary. The club burned down almost completely: about 400 square meters of the total area of 500 square meters of restaurant area.
The number of people died as a result of the tragedy reached 112, the ministry of emergency situations reported.
The mourning was announced in the region on December 5-7.
