Nagorno-Karabakh Conflict Already "Defrosted": Senior Adviser to Turkish Prime Minister

Nagorno-Karabakh conflict is not frozen any more, it has been "defrosted", Ahmad Davudoglu, senior adviser to the Turkish Prime Minister for foreign policy said, Timeturk news agency reported.

Davudoglu, who addressed one of the conferences held in US, said at the moment courage and creative approach are needed to resolve Nagorno-Karabakh conflict. Turkey, Armenia and Azerbaijan's relations are interdependent and their joint development is possible.
