President Nursultan Nazarbayev instructed Attorney General Kairat Mami to enhance control over the legality of investigation of criminal cases against ex-head of the national atomic company Kazatomprom Mukhtar Dzhakishev and others state officials, KazTAG reported.
The president instructed to ensure strict laws in the investigation of criminal cases against leader of the company Kazatomprom, as well as to officials of several government bodies.
In addition, Mami informed the head of state about the status of legality in the country and priority directions of the supervising authority. Particular attention was paid to ensure transparency in the use of funds allocated to the Government's 2009-2011anti-crisis program.
