The Azerbaijani Defense Ministry publicized names of killed and wounded in an armed incident in a military unit.
Killed military people:
Gumayev Yusif, born in 1973, called to military service by Sheki military commissariat;
Sadikhov Vasif, born in 1974, called by Aghdash military commissariat;
Guliyev Anar, born in 1985, called by Lankaran Military Commissariat;
Samadov Elgun, born in 1989, called by Hajigabul military commissariat;
Soldiers, who shot each other:
Azizov Elkhan, born in 1990, called by Yasamal military commissariat of Baku;
Mammadov Sadig, born in 1991, called by Nasimi military commissariat of Baku.
Wounded:
Babayev Valeh, born in 1975, called by Goychay military commissariat;
Abbasov Samir, born in 1985, called by Dashkesan military commissariat.
Jan.28, two soldiers shot deadly four military and injured the other two in one of the Azerbaijani Defense Ministry's Military Unit No. N, Republic's Ministry of Defense told Trend . According to defense officials, the soldiers shot themselves after the crime.
Military Prosecutor's Office of Azerbaijan disseminated official information on the armed incident in one of the military units of Azerbaijan.
The criminal case was launched under Articles 120.2.1 (deliberate murder committed by a group of individuals, group of persons by prior conspiracy, an organized group or criminal association (criminal organization), 120.2.3 (deliberate murder of the victim or his relatives in connection with the implementation of this person performance or the performance of public debt) and 120.2.7 (deliberate murder of two or more persons), the report says.
The agency established investigative team headed by the Deputy Military Prosecutor Shafahat Imanov, who is investigates the fact at the scene.
