Azerbaijani Parliament made a decision on visa-free regime for citizens of Azerbaijan and Kazakhstan.
"The agreement signed on Oct. 2, 2009 between the governments of Azerbaijan and Kazakhstan envisages mutual visa-free regime for citizens," the chairman of the Azerbaijani parliamentary committee on international relations and inter-parliamentary relations Samad Seyidov told Trend .
According to Seyidov, the agreement states that regardless of residency, the citizens of one country have the right to travel, leave, transit, move to another country in the visa-free regime on the basis of documents confirming their identity or nationality.
