President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev has today become familiar with the course of the ongoing reconstruction works in the territory of the ship-repair plant which are being carried out in the framework of the program of expansion of Baku Boulevard, AzerTAj state news agency reported.
During the Meeting of the Cabinet of Ministers dedicated to the outcomes of social and economic development of 2010 which was presided over by President Ilham Aliyev, the Head of State gave instructions to join the Baku Boulevard with State Flag Square.
The instructions of President Ilham Aliyev had necessitated movement of several objects and enterprises situated in the Baku bay, as well as the Caspian Sea Shipping`s ship-repair plant and other industry objects.
President Ilham Aliyev familiarized himself with the works that are underway in accordance with the instructions given.
The Head of State inquired about the course of ongoing works in the demolished part of the ship-repair plant, gave relevant instructions and recommendations.
