Azerbaijan's ruling party held a meeting with Romania's ruling Democratic Liberal Party (PHOTO)

In the office of the ruling party New Azerbaijan Party (NAP) was held a meeting with a delegation from the ruling Democratic Liberal Party of Romania.
Speaking at the meeting, deputy chairman and executive secretary of New Azerbaijan Party Ali Ahmadov marked close and friendly relations between Azerbaijan and Romania, adding that it is important to expand relations between the ruling parties of both countries.
Ahmadov told the guests about the economic development of Azerbaijan and fulfilment of the oil strategy. He noticed that the Armenian-Azerbaijani Nagorno-Karabakh conflict slows down the development of the country. Ali Ahmadov thanked friendly Romania for its support and fair position of Azerbaijan's territorial integrity.
NAP executive secretary also noted and Romania's role in the victory of Azerbaijan on "Eurovision".
Head of Delegation of the Democratic Liberal Party of Romania, the mayor of the 2nd sector of the city of Bucharest, deputy chairman of the Association of Municipalities of Romania Neculai Ontsanu noticed ancient historical ties between Azerbaijan and Romania, and reminded that Romania was the second country to recognize Azerbaijan's independence.
Apart from the fact that next year will take Baku "Eurovision" Ontsanu expressed confidence that Azerbaijan will organize a competition for the highest level.
There was an extensive exchange of views on prospects of bilateral relations, expansion of existing relationships between the NAP and the Democratic-Liberal Party of Romania.
At the end of the head of the Romanian delegation presented gifts to Ali Ahmadov. In response, the NAP functionary gave the Azerbaijani carpet to the Romanian guest .
