OSCE member countries' parliamentarians will discuss situation in Syria, transnational threats and human rights at the OSCE Parliamentary Assembly's 2013 Autumn Session, to be held in Budva, Montenegro, on October 13-15.

About 200 parliamentarians from 50 countries have already been registered to participate in the Autumn Session, OSCE PA reported.

A Mediterranean Forum, a meeting of the Assembly's Bureau, a meeting of the Standing Committee of heads of delegations and a parliamentary conference will be held within the Autumn Session.

The Mediterranean Forum, scheduled for October 13, will include a special debate on the situation in Syria.

On October 14, OSCE PA President and Speaker of the Montenegro's Parliament Ranko Krivokapic will open the parliamentary conference on 'Addressing Transnational Threats and Protecting Human Rights: The Role of the OSCE'.

It should be noted that, Vice-Speaker of Azerbaijani Parliament, head of the Azerbaijani delegation to the OSCE PA, Bahar Muradova previously said that, regardless of the session agenda, the Azerbaijani delegation will bring to the agenda the issue of Armenia's military aggression against Azerbaijan.
