Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev, First Lady Mehriban Aliyeva and French President Francois Hollande observed the construction of the French Lyceum in Baku, on Sunday, May 11.
President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev and President of France Francois Hollande made speeches at the event.
The heads of two states also planted trees in front of the lyceum.
