“The election results of the constituency, where I balloted, were annulled. Therefore, I have moral right to participate in the repeated elections on this constituency,” Ilyas Ismaylov, the chairman of the Justice Party, who balloted from Tovuz-Gazakh-Aghstafa constituency 106, told Trend.
He noted that the Justice Party did not decide whether it would participate in the repeated elections. This issue will be solved at the supreme body of the party. As to Ismaylov, he noted that he had an opportunity to participate in the elections on the constituency.
