MP Rafael Huseynov, an Azerbaijani parliamentary representative to the PACE, came out with an initiative on the organization of a CE conference on teaching the languages. He told about it a correspondent of Trend, who was dispatched to Strasbourg to highlight the PACE spring session.
In his speech to the first day of the spring session of the PACE the Azerbaijani MP spoke about situation in the sphere of education in Azerbaijan. I noted with proud that the existence of Khinalig national minority in Azerbaijan, the residents of which reside only one village. However, special methodic publications have been prepared for them, Husyenov underlined.
I think the forthcoming conference will enable to design a unified concept on CE countries, Huseynov underlined. Azerbaijan has wide experience in this sphere which should be used.
