Today, on December 17, Azerbaijan's President Ilham Aliyev has signed a Decree on making amendments to the Presidential decree of February 7, 2005 On Changing the Face Value of Banknotes and Scale of Prices in Azerbaijan, Trend reports referring to National AzTV Channel
The document was signed with the aim to guarantee conveniences to the population in exchanging old banknotes.
According to the document signed by the President, the following words must be added after the words- the National Bank of Azerbaijan and his offices in Item 2 of Decree of February 7,. 2005: as well as other banks, their offices and departments operating on Azerbaijan.
