Azerbaijan’s Deputy Foreign Minister to Report on Regional Energy Politics

Azerbaijan, Baku / corr Trend E.Huseynov / The Deputy Foreign Minister of Azerbaijan, Araz Azimov, intends to give a report in the Washington international education center of Woodrow Wilson Center on 11 June.

According to the information provided by the Washington Centre, the topic of the report is 'The Security Agenda of Azerbaijan: Dealing with Regional Uncertainty and Energy Politics'.

The meeting is co-sponsored by the Woodrow Wilson Center Middle East Program and Kennan Institute. The report will be made within Azimov's visit to Washington on 8-12 July to hold military-political consultations at an international level.

Previously the event was scheduled for 24 April, but due to the postponement of the Inter-Governmental consultations to a date still to be confirmed, it was decided to postpone the reporting at the Woodrow Wilson Center.
