The Russian rowing team will be the first foreign team which will hold training competitions at the Olympic training center sports Kur in the Azerbaijani town of Mingachevir, the Azerbaijani National Rowing Federation told Trend.
The Russian men's rowing team will arrive in Azerbaijan on January 11. The Russian delegation will consist of 11 members of the Russian national team, including seven sportsmen. The process of training will last two weeks.
The Olympic sports training center Kur in Mingachevir operates from mid-October 2010.
The complex includes an office building, a swimming pool with seven lanes, a six-story four-star hotel for 250 people, a sports hall for 391 people, a rowing club.
