Pneumatic guns will be purchased to improve landing courses in Azerbaijan, Chairman of the National Council of the Voluntary Military and Patriotic Sports and Technical Society, Maj. Gen. Novruzali Orujov told Trend.
He said at the landing courses organized by the Society, the teenagers are involved in skydiving, learn the skills of unarmed combat, but skydiving and other exercises are carried out without landing configuration.
"We plan to organize all exercises in accordance with landing configuration. Landing is usually using shorter submachine gun AKS-74U. Our courses will use a pneumatic version of this submachine gun," said Orujov.
The submachine guns will be delivered in near future, he said.
