Azerbaijani Ministry of Youth and Sport has launched a new project called Online Bank of Ideas, the aim of which is to collect the young people's ideas and thoughts, aimed at the country's development, the ministry told Trend on Nov. 26.
The ministry said that the ideas put forward by the youth will be posted on www.fikirbanki.az and the public, as well as government, international and private organizations will benefit from these proposals.
The Online Bank of Ideas has such sections as Social Services, Economy, Education, Entertainment, Media, Telecommunications, Medicine and Health, Environment, Transport, National Cultural Heritage, Tourism and Culture. Aside from that, the site has a special section called Winner of the month. Winners in this nomination will be awarded diplomas and valuable prizes of the Youth and Sports Ministry as well as its partners.
The ministry said that, the Online Bank of Ideas project will play the role of a reliable platform for youth discussions on different topics and create conditions for strengthening position of the young people in society.
The Online Bank of Ideas project is implemented in accordance with the State Program "Azerbaijani Youth in 2011-2015" as part of declaring 2013 as the year of information and communication technologies in Azerbaijan, the ministry underscored.
