BAKU, Azerbaijan, January 26. The “Concept of Return” has been adopted by the Community of Western Azerbaijan (historical lands of Azerbaijan located in modern-day Armenia's territory), Trend reports.
This matter was discussed today at the final meeting of the Supervisory Board of the Community of Western Azerbaijan.
In order to develop the "Concept of Return", hundreds of proposals were put forward. During this process, the Community received plenty of valuable requests from the general public. The received proposals have been systematized, analyzed, and summarized by the working group.
