BAKU, Azerbaijan, December 11. In accordance with Article 25 of the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan "On Sanitary-Epidemiological Welfare" and the "Procedure for Implementation of Quarantine-Organizational, Preventive, and Other Necessary Measures in Case of Threat of Emergence or Spread of Infectious, Parasitic, and Mass Non-Infectious Diseases" approved by the relevant resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers, Azerbaijan's Cabinet of Ministers adopted a resolution on extension of special quarantine regime in the territory of the country, Trend reports.
According to the resolution signed by Prime Minister Ali Asadov, in order to prevent the spread of coronavirus infection (COVID-19) on Azerbaijan's territory and its possible consequences, the term of the special quarantine regime on the territory of the Republic of Azerbaijan was extended until 06:00 (GMT+4) on April 2, 2024.
