AGHDAM, Azerbaijan, February 20. A new residential complex with 1,268 apartments is being built in Azerbaijan's Aghdam city, covering around 14 hectares on the city’s main street, following the approved Master Plan, Leyla Sarabi, spokesperson for the Restoration, Construction, and Management Service for Aghdam, Fuzuli, and Khojavend districts, told reporters, Trend's Karabakh bureau reports.
During a media tour held in Aghdam, Sarabi pointed out that the complex will boast a smorgasbord of apartment types: 114 one-bedroom units, 464 two-bedroom options, 536 three-bedroom spaces, and 154 four-bedroom dwellings.
"Modern architectural approaches and national ornamental elements have been incorporated in the construction of the buildings. A significant portion of the complex’s territory will be dedicated to a green zone.
Plans include the creation of sports grounds, recreational areas, bike parking, and other necessary infrastructure," Sarabi added.
