Azeri karate team wins bronze in Black Sea Cup

The Azerbaijani karate team won a bronze team in the biggest international tournament �Black Sea Cup’, which ended in Odessa.

Yashar Bashirov, the coach of the team, said that his sportsmen differed in the team kumit. They followed the host team and Russia. Amid Maherramov, Khaldun and Ibrahim Heydarov demonstrated brilliant technique of fighting.

Bashirov also noted that the team included the karate wrestlers from the nearest reserve of the combined team, while in general over 700 fighters will join the tournament. So, the most prestigious start on (World Karate Federation) has been given.
