The Azerbaijani authorities dont regard the arrested ex-ministers as political prisoners and referring to them by this way is services of some non-governmental organizations, Ali Hassanov, the head of the Public-Political Department of the Presidents Apparat, said to journalists, Trend reports.
Some law-defenders allege that former ministers Ali Insanov and Farhad Aliyev are political prisoners. According to Hassanov, these law-defenders set business relations on political prisoners term.
