Two Azerbaijanis Expelled from Russia are in the Neutral Zone of Tbilisi Airport

Two Georgian citizens expelled from Russia are in the neutral zone of the Tbilisi airport. They have no documents certifying their personality, Trend Special Correspondent reports with reference to the Border Police of Georgia.

Particularly, these citizens of Georgia, Azerbaijani by origin, have neither passport nor identity card. They have the copy of the Soviet passport. According to the information obtained from the border police, presently their identification is being carried out. If their personality is confirmed, they will be released. Those expelled are awaiting their parents who should bring their documents.

They have already stayed in the neutral zone for already several days. If their documents are not brought, they will need to appeal to the Justice Ministry of Georgia to receive official documents.
