Azerbaijan, Baku / Trend corr. К.Zarbaliyeva / A bilateral memorandum on cooperation between Belarusian and Azerbaijani courts was signed on 10 July.
The document was signed by Farhad Abdullayev, the Azerbaijani Constitutional Court's judge, and Grigoriy Vasilyevich, the Belarusian Constitutional Court's judge.
The document envisages such issues as exchange of information between the Constitutional Courts.
Vasilyevich noted that the Belarusian Constitutional Court has had plenty of experience and are ready to share this with Azerbaijan. Belarus is interested in familiarizing with Azerbaijani experience in resolving individual appeals. Vasilyevich invited Abdullayev to visit Belarus. Abdullayev noted that economic, cultural and social fields are developing between the two countries.
Vasilyevich will hold meetings with the Azerbaijani Justice Ministry, the Supreme Court and the Prosecutor General.
