The State Tax Service under the Ministry of Economy of Azerbaijan exceeded the forecast for state budget revenues in 9M2021 by 20.2 percent, or by 1.27 billion manats ($747 million), Trend reports with reference to the State Tax Service.
According to the information, over 6.354 billion manats ($3.7 billion) were transferred to the state budget in the reporting period.
It is reported that budget revenues increased by 12 percent or 681.1 million manats ($400.7 million) compared to the same period last year.
"Budget revenues from taxes from the non-oil sector exceeded 4.7 billion manats ($2.8 billion), the forecast was exceeded by 14.9 percent.
Revenues increased by 10.4 percent, or 442.7 million manats ($260 million) compared to the same period last year," the message says.
At the same time, 74.1 percent of tax revenues fell on the non-oil sector, while 25.9 percent accounted for the oil sector.
