Azerbaijan, Baku, 7 March / Trend corr U. Ismayilova/ Azerbaijan's President Ilham Aliyev signed a decree on further plans to facilitate the social and economic development of Ganja, Naftalan, Khanlar and Samukh regions in Azerbaijan, the official press reported.
By the decree, the President's Reserve Fund will allot AZN 4mln to accelerate the development of Ganja, AZN 2mln for Khanlar, AZN 2mln for Samukh and AZN 1mln for Naftalan.
The Finance Ministry was commissioned to allocate the funds.
