OPEC crude price back above 90 dollars

The price for crude oil produced by the Organization of the Petroleum Exporting Countries (OPEC) rose above 90 dollars again last Friday, OPEC said on Monday.

One barrel (159 litres) of OPEC crude stood at 91.72 dollars Friday, up 2.33 dollars from 89.39 dollars on the previous day, reported dpa.

OPEC calculates an average basket price based on 13 important brands produced by cartel members.
