The Cabinet of Ministers of Azerbaijan has adopted the rules on the forms of decision to extend the temporary stay of foreigners and stateless persons, and permits for temporary and permanent residence in Azerbaijan as the documents of strict accountability.
According to the decision, the Ministry of Finance and State Migration Service of Azerbaijan is in charge of ensuring the development of such forms in accordance with relevant legislation and reporting to the Cabinet of Ministers.
