According to preliminary estimates, disease symptoms of five members of the family in the Naharli village of Azerbaijan's Saatli region do not indicate presence of A (H1N1) virus, Deputy Chief of the Republican Antiplague Station Shair Gurbanov said.
"Their state is being normalized. They have been hospitalized and their state is satisfactory. And their diagnosis is enterocolitis [inflammation of large and small intestine]", Gurbanov said..
Gurbanov said a 77-year-old Algulshad Gasimov, 72-year-old Bilka Gasimova, 52-year-old Akif Gasimov and his wife, 47-year-old Peri Gasimova experienced moderate temperature, nausea. Another member of the family - Shahin Gasimov later died of epilepsy.
