The Azerbaijani Cabinet of Ministers approved prolongation regulations of temporary term of living for foreigners without visa regime, as well as people without citizenship.
Upon these regulations, foreigners, as well as people without citizenship can live in the country not more than 90 days (except for cases with the international agreements). Term can be increased 90 days (for people older 18) while the second prolongation.
Upon the Cabinet of Ministers' decision, a list of people having right to prolong term of temporary living in the country was also approved:
Foreigners and people without citizenship who arrived in the country for urgent medical treatment
For entry of foreigners and people without citizenship in case of serious disease or death of close relatives
While corresponding organizations' inquiry for prolongation term of staying for foreigners and people without citizenship, official purposes, completion of any operations in the country
All abovementioned people can apply to the State Migration Service not later than 7 days before expiry of permitted term of living in the country.
