In August, an average price of the proposed non-residential commercial facility in Azerbaijan amounted to $465,000, CEO of "MBA Group" consulting company, Nusrat Ibrahimov said on Sept. 2.
"Last month, an average price was $3,601 per square meter on the market of commercial buildings," said Ibrahimov.
He said the prices rose by 2.9 percent compared to July. An average size of commercial buildings decreased by 5.5 percent and was 106 square meters on average.
In July, the market of commercial buildings due to seasonal periods grew by 2.8 percent and rental of non-residential facilities - by 0.1 percent.
