In Dec.2009, prices in the Baku construction materials market decreased by 1.9 percent, public organization Participants of Real Estate Market said.
In early 2009, construction materials increased by 21.1 percent in Baku.
Share of local construction materials hit 53.9 percent.
The monitoring was held on 38 items and 89 varieties of construction materials, out of which a decrease was observed on 25 items and prices remained stable on 62. Prices increased for 2 items.
In December, prices for plastic pipes increased by 1.1 percent, construction sand decreased by 4.5 percent, crushed stone by 7.7 percent, construction wood by 7.1 percent, armature by 1 percent.
