The State Securities Committee has registered the issue prospectus of ordinary registered shares of Fidan Sighorta, Baku Stock Exchange (BSE) said.
Emission hits 860,000 manat, the number of issued securities - 43,000 pieces. Nominal value of each is 20 manat. Underwriter of the bonds is LLC Chelsea Capital.
Insurance Company Fidan Sigorta has been operating in Azerbaijan since 1994. The authorized capital of the company is 2 million manat.
