Average price for houses in Tashkent reduces in July

The average bid price on the secondary housing market in Tashkent in July reduced by 2.1 percent compared to June - up to $536per square meter, the analytical center Avesta Research said.

The average bid price on the secondary housing market in Tashkent in July reduced by 2.1 percent compared to June - up to $536per square meter, the analytical center Avesta Research said.

Since the beginning of the year the average price per square meter in Tashkent reduced by 8.6 percent.

Avesta Research analysts analyzed over 1,600 proposals on the secondary housing market in June - one percent more than in May.

The average price increased by 0.7 percent - from $800 to $805 per square in areas located within a radius of 5 kilometers from the center, from 5 to 10 kilometers decreased by 2.2 percent, from $594 to $581, remained at the level of June - $424 in areas remote to 10 or more kilometers from the center.

The maximum price per square meter of the secondary housing reaches 1,733 dollars, the minimum - $182.

At the same time, the average cost of apartments lease in July reduced by 1.3 percent - from $4,8 to $4,7 per square meter per month.

Prices for office real estate in July increased by 1.2 percent - from $665 to $673 per square meter, while the monthly office rental prices reduced by 20.9 percent - from $8.87 to $7.01 per square meter.
