The Azerbaijani State Securities Committee registered the primary issue of non-documentary ordinary shares at the KredAqro non-bank credit organization totaling 4,500 manat, the committee said today.
Some 4,523 shares with a par value of one manat each were issued. The mission will be realized through private placement.
KredAqro has operated on the Azerbaijani credit market since 2000 and was established by the ACDI-VOCA international humanitarian organization. Currently KredAqro has 14 branches and eight offices in Baku, Sumgayit, Khachmaz, Guba, Ismayilli, Goychay, Gabala, Shaki, Zagatala, Gakh, Balakan, Barda, Mingachevir, Ganja, Tovuz, Agstafa, Gazakh, Bilasuvar, Jalilabad, Masalli and Lankaran.
