The Production Association of Ganja City Housing and Communal Services (HCS) announced a tender for the work on the city's beautification in 2011, the tender commission said.
The tender participation fee is 200 manat.
To participate, one should submit the following documents: a written request, a notarized copy of legal documents indicating the applicant's full name, juridical status, a bank document indicating payment of the participation fee, a certificate from the tax authorities indicating absence of debts on compulsory payments, financial statements of the previous year's activity (approved by the tax authorities), tender proposal, bank guarantee in the amount of 2% of the cost of the tender offer, and a certificate of the technical potential.
Documents for participation in the tender should be submitted until 17:00 on May 9 and the tender offer by 17:00 on May 16 to Ganja City HCS.
Opening of tender bids will be held at 15:00 on May 17 in the HCS building on the Heydar Aliyev Square in Ganja.
