Arrival and docking of the ship Combidock3 from Singapore to Kengan Jetty in Persian Gulf marked this port's being put to use, said Mahmoud Hakkani, Head of Asalouyeh Port and Sailing Organization.

Public Relations of Bushehr Province Ports and Sailing Head Office quoted Hakkani Wednesday evening as adding, "This jetty whose user is the Natural Gas Liquidation Company of Iran, is located at Site Two of the Pars Special Energy Zone."

"The Combidock3 ship is carrying refinery facilities from Singapore origin, which docked at Kangan Jetty by the guide team of the Asalouyeh Port and Sailing Organization," he told.

Hakkani reiterated, "This jetty is a service-rendering one and can offer services to ships whose below water height is up to eleven meters and their lengths are up to 170 meters.

He pointed out that putting to use this jetty and transferring refinery facilities through it leads to accelerating huge national project of completing the remaining phases of the South Pars Oil Fields.
