Temza Sığorta Qrupu, which changed its name to Buta Sığorta due to a change in its shareholders, will pay more attention to retail, CEO Abbas Babayev told Trend on Thursday.
"Currently, the company is working on restructuring and institutionalization. Portfolio of the company is maintained, all contracts are updated, and the company continues to grow. The company will intensify its activities in the market at the end of rebranding process," Babayev said.
He said the company intends to expand its customer base through customer network of its new shareholders.
Previously the owner of 49 per cent stake in the company's capital was the British Glencarron Group Limited. Temza Sığorta Qrupu operates in the insurance market of Azerbaijan since 1996. Azerbaijani share belongs to the local individual and legal entity.
