Iran will officially inaugurate Chazabeh border Terminal, located in southwestern Khuzestan province, on Friday.
The Terminal which lies near Iran-Iraq border was constructed at the cost of over 140 billion rials (some $11.5 million based on the official rate of USD), the ISNA News Agency reported.
Chazabeh border terminal will facilitate pilgrims' transfers between the two countries, as well as increasing Iran's non-oil exports, and trades with neighboring countries.
Iran exported over 12 billion dollars worth of goods to Iraq in the previous Iranian calendar year, which ended March 20).
Iran's exports to Iraq stood at 11 billion dollars two year ago.
