The Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Population of Azerbaijan has announced a tender for the issuance of plastic cards for payment of targeted social assistance through the ATM network, the tender commission reported on March 19.
Tender participation cost is 2000 manat. Bids with a bank guarantee to the sum of two percent of their value should be submitted to the tender commission no later than 17:00 in May 6, 2014. Opening of the bids will take place at 12:00 in May 7.
