The executive authority of Azerbaijan's Astara district announced May 8 a tender for the reconstruction of a highway connecting the villages of Takhtanyakaran, Miki and Toradi in the district, said the tender commission.
The participation in the tender costs 150 Azerbaijani manats (about $142).
Tender proposals, backed by a bank guarantee of one percent of their value, will be accepted until June 24.
The proposals will be opened on June 25.
