Kazakh ForteBank’s assets increased from 1.069 trillion tenges (347 tenges = $1) at the beginning of 2016 to 1.13 trillion tenges at the end of June

Kazakh ForteBank’s assets increased from 1.069 trillion tenges (347 tenges = $1) at the beginning of 2016 to 1.13 trillion tenges at the end of June, according to the bank’s financial statements published on the website of the Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) Aug. 12.

ForteBank received a profit of 4.39 billion tenges in 1H 2016. The profit of the bank hit 5.71 billion tenges in the same period of 2015.

The bank’s revenue reached 4.4 billion in 1H 2016 as compared to 9.57 billion in 1H 2015.

The bank’s liability rose from 902.11 billion tenges to 963.49 billion tenges in 1H 2016.

ForteBank’s capital rose from 167.03 billion tenges to 171.33 billion tenges in this period.

ForteBank is the 10th largest bank in terms of assets in Kazakhstan and has been providing the banking services for more than 20 years.
