Turkmenistan ends wheat harvesting with surplus

In Turkmenistan, 1.650 million tons of wheat have been harvested from 760,000 hectares of land, Trend reports referring to Turkmen Agriculture Ministry.
The expected amount of harvest was 1.6 million tons. During the harvest period, about 2,000 combine harvesters "CLAAS", "John Deere", "Case", and "New Holland" were used.
For the cultivation of wheat, the state provides farmers with seeds and mineral fertilizers, means for pest control on favorable terms.
