Turkey’s trade with Kazakhstan increased by $43.5 million in November 2019 compared to the same month of 2018, amounting to $214.9 million, Turkey’s Ministry of Trade told Trend on Jan. 22.
According to the ministry, Turkey’s export to Kazakhstan amounted to $71.5 million, and import from Kazakhstan to $143.4 million.
Trade between Turkey and Kazakhstan increased by $68 million from January through November 2019 compared to the same period of 2018, exceeding $2 billion.
During this period, Turkey’s export to Kazakhstan amounted to $749.9 million, and import from Kazakhstan to $1.3 billion.
Turkey’s foreign trade in November 2019 amounted to $33.2 billion.
In November 2019, export of Turkey increased by 0.1 percent compared to November 2019, amounting to $15.5 billion.
Import to Turkey increased by 9.7 percent in November 2019 compared to the same month of 2018, reaching $17.7 billion.
