The TOP 10 best-selling cars in Kazakhstan were headed by Ravon Nexia R3; in January 2020, 449 cars of this model were sold in the country, Trend reports with reference to UzAutoSanoat company.
"Sales of cars under Ravon brand in Kazakhstan resumed in March 2019. Last year, 3,536 Ravon Nexia R3 cars were sold in Kazakhstan. In September-October 2019, Nexia was one of the top three best-selling cars in the country, and in the new year it became the leader of sales, taking first place in the top of best-selling cars," the company said.
Uzbekistan's UzAuto Motors established production of Ravon Nexia R3 sedans at Saryarka-AvtoProm plant in Kostanay (Kazakhstan) for domestic and foreign markets in 2017. At the same time, regular deliveries of Nexia R3 sets for large-knot assembly in Kazakhstan began in mid-March last year.
The company resumed sales in Russia in September 2019, and the company maintains plans to sell around 35,000 vehicles in Russia in 2020 to be entirely supplied from Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan.
Ravon is the national car brand of Uzbekistan set up in 2015. The company supplies four models of its cars - Ravon R2, Ravon Nexia R3, Ravon R4 and Ravon Gentra.
