Activity of Iran's Bandar Lengeh port in Hormozgan Province revealed

BAKU, Azerbaijan, June 30

A total of 90,900 tons of products were loaded and unloaded at the Bandar Lengeh port of Hormozgan Province (southern Iran) during the first three months of the current Iranian year (March 20-June 20, 2020), Trend reports citing Ports and Maritime Organization of Iran (PMO).

“Within 3 months, 78,000 tons of products were loaded and 12,800 tons were unloaded at the port, the report said.

According to the report, 77,400 tons of products were exported and 3,400 tons of products were imported through this port during the same period.

"Within 3 months, 8,150 tons of products were unloaded for transit through the port of Bandar Lengeh, the report added.

During this period, 543 tons of products were loaded, and 583 tons were unloaded for cabotage, according to the report.

About 36 tons were loaded and 750 tons were unloaded for other purposes.

In total, 5.45 million tons of products were loaded and 4.2 million tons were unloaded through Iranian ports.

About 4.29 million tons of products were exported through Iranian ports in three months. During this period, 2.27 million tons of products were imported through Iranian ports.
