The value of Iran's gross domestic product (GDP) in agriculture sector increased by 3.7 percent during the first three months of the current Iranian year (March 20 - June 20, 2020) compared to the same period last Iranian year, Trend reports referring to Central Bank of Iran.
According to the report, the value of GDP in the agriculture sector was 115.7 trillion rials (about $2.75 billion) according to the stable prices in 2011.
“While in the same period last Iranian year, the figure was 111.5 trillion rials (about $2.65 billion),” the report said.
According to the report, the value of GDP in the agriculture sector in Iran was 491 trillion rials (about $11.7 billion) in last Iranian year (from March 21, 2019 to March 20, 2020).
The value of Iran's gross domestic product (GDP) decreased by 2.8 percent and was 1.45 quadrillion rials (about $34.7 billion) during the first three months of the current Iranian year.
