A new hotel with 18 rooms, two restaurants with traditional Georgian cuisine, a conference hall, and an open swimming pool, Sviana, has opened in the village of Lechuri in the Georgian wine region of Kakheti within the state program 'Produce in Georgia', Trend reports via Georgian media.
In total 23 people will be employed at the hotel.
Director of Produce in Georgia agency, which runs the Produce in Georgia state program, said that the program had supported more than 132 hotels that created over 3,000 jobs.
About 4.5 million lari ($1.3 million) was invested in Sviana hotel.
